Returns

As you have made an order online, you may, according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 30 days from delivery.

We hope that you love your Kate McIver Skin order, however, if for some reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee post your purchase date. If your skin were to react, it would be within this timeframe.

In the first instance, contact customercare@katemciverskin.co.uk, where you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire (we will also require photographic evidence of a skin reaction to the affected area) which will help us understand the reasons for the return and subsequent refund to see if there are any improvements we can make and assess any issues.

We do not make claims about our products, and you would typically require 4-6 weeks to realise the benefits of a new product.

To return your online order to us, please enclose your order number with your parcel and return it to the below address on a tracked postal service. We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us.

Any breakages caused in transit should be immediately notified to us by email via the questionnaire. We will deal with each issue on an individual basis - photograph evidence is needed so that we can demonstrate the problem to our couriers.

Undeliverable items

All items returned by our courier due to a customer being unavailable to accept the parcel are charged by DPD to Kate McIver Skin for the return. For us to resend your parcel, we will have to charge for postage costs; we will communicate with you by email and arrange for payment.

 

Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
